Managing a server takes staff. These vary from Wardens, Constables and Deputies who keep the peace, Admins who manage worlds, Community Managers who setup events and manage requests from the players.

All of these are equally important to keeping the server running smoothly.
​
Those who apply will be interviewed by the server owner - Empirius. He will decide if they are eligible for staff.
​
Staff begin as trainees if they pass the interview stage where they will learn the ropes of the section they want to enter.

To become a member of staff, an applicant must reach the following requirements:

- Be at least of 16 years of age
- Be active on the server
- Be Polite and respectful
- Able to handle angered players
- Have initiative
- Be at least the rank of Member on the Server
​
*Those who have not met the rank of Member will not be interviewed
